Basic Qur'an Course
Course Introduction:
- This course is specially designed for new learners who want to start their journey of learning the Qur’an from scratch. It is equally suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, especially those who do not know the Arabic alphabet.
- To build a foundation in correct pronunciation including Arabic letters, word formation, and Tajweed.
- To enable students to read the Qur’an step by step.
- To inspire students to develop an interest in learning the Qur’an.
Course Objectives:

Course Curriculum:
- Step 1: Introduction to Arabic letters and correct pronunciation with vowel sounds and makhraj (articulation points).
- Step 2: Word formation and practice in reading small sentences.
- Step 3: Tajweed and pronunciation accuracy, rules for reading Qur’anic words and verses.
- Step 4: Memorization of short Surahs and supplications (e.g., Surah Al-Fatiha, Ikhlas, Falaq, Nas), essential daily duas, and important prayers for Salah.
- Step 5: Step-by-step practice in Qur’an recitation.
After Course Completion, Students Will Learn:
- Basic skills in Qur’anic recitation with Tajweed.
- Recognition and correct pronunciation of Arabic letters.
- Ability to memorize short Surahs and essential duas.
- Preparedness for enrolling in a Hifz course in the future.
